3. Return Procedure

To ensure a seamless and correct return process, please follow these instructions:

2. Carefully pack the product including all components and original accessories.

3. Include the following documents in the package:

4. Dispatch the package independently via any reliable courier company to the Seller's address. The shipment must be handed over to the courier service within 7 calendar days after your return request is approved by our Support Team.

5. Important: All costs associated with the return delivery to the Seller's address shall be borne entirely at the Buyer's expense.
